Is it free to use CannaCraftSA?
Yes. Creating an account is completely free. Free accounts can publish up to 5 listings and contact or apply to up to 5 listings posted by other users. Once these limits are reached, a subscription is required to continue posting or contacting other users.
What happens when I reach my free account limits?
After you’ve used your 5 free listings or 5 free applications, you’ll need to upgrade to a subscription plan to create additional listings or contact more users. Your account and existing activity will remain accessible.
Will I lose access to listings I've already applied to?
No. Even after your free account limits have been reached, you’ll still be able to view the details and contact information of listings you’ve previously applied to. Your existing connections remain available to you.
How do buyers and sellers communicate?
CannaCraftSA connects users directly. When you apply to a listing or receive interest in your own listing, the platform provides the necessary contact details so that both parties can communicate directly and arrange the details of the transaction.
Does CannaCraftSA handle payments or deliveries?
No. CannaCraftSA is a marketplace that helps users connect with one another. Transactions, payments, collections, deliveries, and any agreements are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.
